During the celebration of Jum is-Siġġiewi, a number of individuals and groups were officially recognised for their service and contribution to the locality. Among the honourees was Monsignor Paul Carmel Vella, who received the Mertu Siġġiewi Honour in recognition of his longstanding commitment and dedication.

Awards were also presented across various sectors reflecting different areas of community life. Brothers Joseph and Nicholas Camilleri were granted the Mertu Siġġiewi in Volunteering, acknowledging their active role in voluntary service. Children forming part of the Eko Skola initiative were recognised with the Merti Siġġiewi in Education for their efforts and achievements in the educational sphere.

Siġġiewi missionaries were awarded the Mertu Siġġiewi in the Socio-Religious field, while Joseph (Beppe) Farrugia received the honour for Civic-Minded Service. Leonard Callus was recognised for his work in Journalism, and Noel Attard for his contribution to Culture.
Further recognition was extended to John Scicluna and Elton Baldacchino, as well as Salvu Attard of Attrans Ltd. and Maria Muscat, for their work carried out for the benefit of Siġġiewi. The awards collectively highlighted the wide range of contributions that continue to strengthen the community.
