PN Leader Alex Borg addressed a political activity in Rabat, Gozo, where he stated that “together, from the island of Gozo, we are beginning the wind of change that this people deserve.” He emphasised his determination to respond to “every attack and intimidation with more work for the country and more contact with people.”

During the event, Dr Borg outlined his vision for Gozo, including improved connectivity, a new hospital, modern infrastructure, and better employment opportunities. He said a future Nationalist Government would ensure that Gozitans benefit from quality jobs, innovative education, and reduced bureaucracy for businesses. He also claimed that in recent weeks “hundreds of Gozitans were called to ministerial offices in panic before an election,” alleging efforts to influence voters.

The PN leader acknowledged past shortcomings, stating, “I apologise to those whom the Nationalist Party may have hurt or forgotten,” while appealing for a renewed mandate. He added that many people are now returning to the party as they “see new hope in Maltese politics.”
Brian Azzopardi and candidate Edmond Cuschieri also addressed the gathering, highlighting past achievements under Nationalist governments and calling for change.
Dr Borg concluded by inviting the public to support the PN, stating, “I am here for Malta and Gozo… together we will change this country.”
