The Partit Nazzjonalista yesterday launched its annual Christmas village, inaugurated by PN Leader Alex Borg under this year’s theme “Milied Miegħek.” The Christmas programme will run for seven days, offering activities and attractions aimed at all ages.

Alex Borg officially switched on the Christmas lights along the façade of Dar Ċentrali and declared the festivities open. The programme, which continues until 15 December, includes performances by singers, artists and bands, a crib exhibition, and a children’s area with a visit from Father Christmas.

Several choirs will also perform, while the schedule features a Coffee Morning, a Christmas Dinner on Friday, and a Christmas 60s Night on Saturday. Children will have their own dedicated event on Saturday morning—a party at Dar Ċentrali.
This evening at 7pm, Alex Borg and Sarah will preside over “Dawl fis-Skiet,” described as a unique event organised by Sarah to raise awareness about loneliness during the Christmas season.

The celebrations reach their peak on Sunday and Monday. Sunday will host a Fundraising Marathon between 12pm and 11pm on NET Television and NET FM. Monday, 15 December, marks Borg’s first 100 days as PN Leader and will be commemorated with a mass rally followed by an afterparty.
