More than 500 people applied to volunteer with the Nationalist Party in less than six hours, according to the PN.
The applications followed a call made yesterday by PN leader Alex Borg, who invited people who wish to help the party to come forward. He also encouraged the public to submit feedback about the election, including both positive comments and views on what the Nationalist Party could have done better.
Alex Borg described the response as “phenomenal”, saying he was impressed by the number of people who reacted to the call in such a short time.
In a video published on his official Facebook page, Borg said that in the coming days and weeks, the party will be contacting those who applied so that everyone can have a role in what he described as a new chapter for the Nationalist Party.
The party said it will continue working “more than ever” to strengthen the Nationalist Party together with those who want to contribute.
