Voting begins today, 8 July 2026, as Nationalist Party General Council members are called to cast their ballots in the process to confirm Alex Borg as leader of the Nationalist Party.
The first early voting session will take place at the PN’s headquarters in Tal-Pietà between 4:30pm and 8:00pm. Voting will also be available at the party’s Sub Headquarters in Sannat, Gozo, from 4:30pm until 7:00pm.
A second early voting session is scheduled for Saturday, 11 July. On that day, councillors will be able to vote at both the Tal-Pietà headquarters and the Sannat Sub Headquarters between 9:00am and 8:00pm.
The official election day is Wednesday, 15 July. Voting in Tal-Pietà will take place from 12:30pm to 6:00pm, while councillors voting in Sannat may cast their ballot between 12:30pm and 4:00pm.
