Several election surveys published this weekend are showing the Labour Party holding a clear advantage over the Nationalist Party as Malta’s 2026 electoral campaign continues.
A survey commissioned by Times of Malta and conducted by Esprimi placed Labour at 52.9% support, while the PN was projected at 44%, translating into an estimated lead of around 28,600 votes. The poll was based on 600 respondents interviewed between May 6 and May 13.
Meanwhile, a separate survey published by MaltaToday showed Labour at 50.1% and the PN at 43.8%, with a projected difference of around 17,400 votes.
Another survey by statistician Vincent Marmara, released yesterday, projected Labour at 52.9%, the PN at 42.9%, and smaller parties at 4.2%, with the estimated gap ranging between 26,000 and 32,000 votes.
Despite the figures, all surveys noted that thousands of undecided voters and turnout could still play an important role on election day.
